Description
Cooling comfort and supportive mattresses from PerformaSleep
PerformaSleep makes mattresses and sleep accessories designed around comfort, responsive support and temperature management. Its three core mattress choices are the Essentials, 2.0 and Hybrid. We focus on their construction and verified foam-certification claims rather than suggesting a mattress can treat pain, speed recovery or cure a sleep disorder.
Essentials: 11-inch medium-firm foam mattress
The PerformaSleep Essentials combines a moisture-wicking stretch-knit cover, a cooling-gel memory-foam layer, a comfort-foam transition layer and a firmer foam support base. Its 11-inch profile makes it the streamlined option for buyers who prefer a conventional all-foam feel. Confirm the mattress size and foundation requirements before ordering.
2.0: 12-inch medium-firm CopperCool mattress
The PerformaSleep 2.0 is a 12-inch all-foam mattress featuring copper- and gel-infused CopperCool memory foam, responsive Enersorb foam and a high-density support base. The brand positions these materials for a cooler-feeling sleep surface and more responsive cushioning. Temperature sensation depends on bedding, room conditions and the sleeper, so a cooling material does not guarantee that every person will sleep cool.
Hybrid: 12-inch medium foam-and-coil mattress
The PerformaSleep Hybrid uses a cooling cover, CopperCool-infused Enersorb comfort foam, a second Enersorb transition layer, individually wrapped coils with reinforced edge support and firm base foam. Coils introduce a more buoyant, responsive feel and allow airflow around the support structure. The company lists this model as medium, compared with the medium-firm Essentials and 2.0 models.
Understanding CertiPUR-US and material claims
PerformaSleep states that its mattress polyurethane foams are CertiPUR-US certified. This independent program applies to flexible polyurethane foam and has requirements concerning specified substances and low emissions. It does not certify the entire finished mattress, its cover, adhesives or all components. These mattresses use conventional synthetic foams, so they should not be confused with certified organic cotton, wool or natural-latex mattresses.
PerformaSleep also promotes copper-infused foam. We describe its comfort and cooling design without treating broader claims about copper’s antimicrobial effects, inflammation, athletic recovery or other medical outcomes as established benefits of sleeping on the mattress.
Our clean standard: Yellow
Blue Sky assigns PerformaSleep Yellow — Cleaner Step Up because the company offers specified third-party foam credentials and clearly described mattress constructions. The rating is conservative: we have not established that the complete mattresses are organic, free of every chemical of concern, or suitable for all sensitivities. It is not a medical recommendation or independent certification of the entire product.
Accessories and choosing a sleep setup
The store also offers cooling pillows, a four-chamber adjustable pillow, Tencel-branded sheets, a mattress topper, an upholstered foundation and an adjustable base. Accessories have different materials, prices and return rules. Compare mattress height, firmness, bed-frame compatibility, weight and personal comfort preferences before selecting a system.
100-night trial and return conditions
For eligible mattresses bought directly from PerformaSleep, the company publishes a 100-night trial. It asks customers to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Once approved, collection is arranged and the refund process begins after proof of pickup, subject to the policy. The trial should not be assumed to apply to accessories: PerformaSleep says its pillows and Tencel sheet sets are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
10-year limited warranty
PerformaSleep describes a 10-year limited mattress warranty for the original buyer, covering defined manufacturing and material defects under suitable use and foundation conditions. The company says its coverage is prorated after the first 18 months, and normal wear, damage and subjective comfort are not covered. Read the current warranty terms and any optional protection-plan conditions before buying.
Shipping exclusions for Hawaii and Alaska
PerformaSleep’s published shipping policy offers delivery to the contiguous United States only; Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are excluded. Its site promotes free contiguous-U.S. shipping. Mattresses are typically compressed and boxed, with preparation and transit times varying. Ask the retailer directly about any exceptions before ordering from an excluded location.
