DELSEY PARIS traces its history to 1946, when the Delahaye and Seynhaeve companies combined their expertise in protective cases to create the DELSEY name. CHATELET AIR 2.0
CHATELET AIR 2.0 is one of DELSEY’s most recognizable collections, pairing vintage-influenced French styling with modern travel features. Current carry-ons include polycarbonate shells, dual-density spinner wheels, organized interior compartments, TSA-compatible security and the brand’s SECURITECH zipper system.
CRUISE 3.0
CRUISE 3.0 takes a streamlined approach to hardside travel. Current expandable carry-ons combine polycarbonate construction with double spinner wheels, a TSA-accepted lock, interior dividers and a removable washable lining. Selected models also include a built-in USB-port setup for use with a separate external battery.
Backpacks and Smaller Travel Bags
DELSEY extends beyond rolling luggage with laptop backpacks, shoulder bags, weekenders, garment bags, totes and other travel companions. Selected CHATELET AIR 2.0 backpacks use recycled-polyester fabric and include laptop organization, trolley-compatible smart bands and multiple interior and exterior pockets.

Returns
DELSEY’s current U.S. policy allows unused items to be returned within 100 days of shipment. The company provides a prepaid label and deducts a return-shipping fee from qualifying refunds unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Current stated deductions are $25 for suitcases and duffels and $15 for smaller bags.

The DELSEY U.S. store currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $200 or more within the contiguous United States. At this time, the U.S. store states that it does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
