Full-Body Infrared Heat and PEMF
The Pro Mat combines adjustable far-infrared heat with four PEMF settings ranging from 3 Hz to 23 Hz. The two technologies can be used together or adjusted independently through the included controller.
PEMF sessions operate in approximately 20-minute cycles, while the infrared heat may be used for longer sessions according to the product instructions.

Layered Construction
The mat contains layers of amethyst and obsidian crystals along with charcoal, clay, magnetic components, infrared heating elements and integrated PEMF cores.
HigherDOSE incorporates these materials into the mat’s heat, magnetic and negative-ion design. The surface is made to be wiped clean after use.
