The HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Go Mat brings the brand’s PEMF and far-infrared technologies into a compact format designed for chairs, smaller rooms, stretching spaces and meditation corners. At roughly half the size of the full-length Pro Mat, it is easier to position where you already spend time during the day.
Compact PEMF and Infrared Heat
The Go Mat combines pulsed electromagnetic field technology with adjustable far-infrared heat. Two PEMF cores are built into the mat, along with four frequency settings ranging from 3 Hz to 23 Hz.
Each PEMF setting is designed around a different type of session, from slower evening use to more alert daytime routines. The infrared heat can be adjusted separately using the controller.
Four PEMF Levels
- Level 1 — 3 Hz: The lowest setting, intended for winding down and evening use.
- Level 2 — 7.8 Hz: A grounding setting inspired by the Earth’s natural frequency.
- Level 3 — 10 Hz: Designed for calm focus, meditation and creative routines.
- Level 4 — 23 Hz: The highest setting, intended for daytime energy and concentration.
PEMF sessions run in 20-minute cycles. The infrared heat can remain active for longer sessions and includes an automatic shutoff.
Six-Layer Construction
The mat uses a layered construction that includes PEMF components, far-infrared heat, charcoal, clay, magnetic layers, amethyst and obsidian. HigherDOSE incorporates the crystal layers as part of the mat’s infrared and negative-ion design.
Made for Smaller Spaces
The Go Mat measures approximately 19.5 inches by 39 inches and weighs about 11 pounds. It can lie flat on the floor for stretching or meditation, drape over a heat-resistant chair, or be stored under a bed when not in use.
Its smaller footprint makes it easier to incorporate into a workday, recovery routine or evening relaxation ritual without dedicating space to a full-length mat.
How to Use
- Place the mat flat on a heat-resistant surface or position it over a suitable chair.
- Connect the controller and turn the mat on.
- Select one of the four PEMF frequency levels.
- Adjust the infrared heat to a comfortable temperature.
- Use the mat for a 20-minute PEMF cycle or continue with infrared heat as desired.
