Enduring Series
The Enduring Series is positioned as a practical everyday mini split line. The current 12,000 BTU model combines cooling and heat-pump heating with 20 SEER2 efficiency, four-direction airflow and smart app or voice control.
COZEWARE currently rates this 12,000 BTU model for spaces up to approximately 750 square feet. Actual HVAC sizing also depends on climate, insulation, ceiling height, windows, sun exposure and room layout.
E-Save Series
The E-Save Series adds automated energy-management features to the mini split platform. Current 12,000 BTU models are rated at 20 SEER2 and include COZEWARE’s AI-optimized ECO controls, smart connectivity and heat-pump operation.
Visio Series
The Visio Series includes compact systems beginning with a 9,000 BTU 115V model. The current 9,000 BTU version is rated at 18 SEER2 and is designed by COZEWARE for smaller rooms up to approximately 450 square feet.
Quiet Operation
Indoor sound levels vary by model and operating mode. Current COZEWARE mini splits are designed with lower-noise sleep settings that can make them more suitable for bedrooms, home offices and other spaces where a loud window air conditioner may be distracting.
Smart Controls
Selected COZEWARE systems support Wi-Fi control through the COZEWARE app and compatible voice platforms. Depending on the model, users can adjust temperature, fan operation and operating modes without relying solely on the included handheld remote.
Choosing the Right Capacity
Square-footage recommendations provide a useful starting point but are not a substitute for proper HVAC sizing. Climate, insulation, ceiling height, windows, sun exposure and heat-producing equipment can all change the amount of heating and cooling a room requires.
An oversized or undersized system can reduce comfort and efficiency, so larger or more complicated installations may benefit from professional HVAC sizing.
115V or 230V
COZEWARE offers both 115V and 230V systems. The appropriate choice depends on the model and the electrical service available at the installation location. The circuit, breaker and wiring need to match the specifications supplied with the exact unit.
Installation
A mini split installation involves mounting indoor and outdoor equipment, routing refrigerant lines and condensate drainage, making electrical connections and commissioning the system. Local electrical, mechanical and building-code requirements should always be followed.
Anyone who is not qualified or comfortable performing the required electrical, structural or refrigerant work should use an appropriately licensed HVAC professional.
R32 Refrigerant
Current COZEWARE models use R32 refrigerant. Refrigerant systems require appropriate handling and installation, and local regulations can determine who is permitted to perform refrigerant-related work.
Warranty
COZEWARE currently advertises a five-year limited warranty on qualifying air-conditioner parts and seven years on the compressor. Warranty terms and exclusions should be reviewed for the exact system before purchase.
Installation, removal and reinstallation labor are generally separate from product-parts warranty coverage.
Returns
COZEWARE currently provides a 30-day return period for eligible products. Installed products and non-quality-related returns can be subject to additional restrictions, restocking charges or return-shipping requirements, so review the current policy before installation.
Shipping
COZEWARE ships qualifying products from U.S. warehouses. Delivery availability depends on destination, and the company’s standard shipping program does not currently cover every non-contiguous U.S. location.
